Comments: jumped off the bike and grabbed my shirt and jacket and took off. I had my hat and shoes on during the bike Put on my shirt and jacket as I ran the course. Run
Comments: 1st mile there was a 13mph head wind. after the 1st mile my hip flexor started hurting again, by the end of the 2nd mile it hurt pretty bad but I kept running as best I could What would you do differently?: need my hip flexor to not hurt Post race

woke up and had breakfast that I prepared the night before: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 blueberry bagel, 1 banana. My wave of the event didn't start until 11:40. relaxed at home until 9:45. headed to seattle, ate 4 boiled red skinned potatoes
