Met friends / 'caravaned' to site
had whole family - so took it easy // sorted out a few things and got going for warm up
went for a quick swim - water was brown...

This is used as a final / year-end for me - came in 8th (out of 41) in age group year before and had a time of over 46 minutes
Came back from injuries - 8 months of no real training - happy with end of season
