Comments: Solid ride but still don't have the stamina I need to be comfortable off the bike. Transition 2
Comments: could have been out in under a minute; struggled with getting shoes on. What would you do differently?: practice transitions more. Run
Comments: My run sucks. Hips hurt terrible getting off the bike and can't find my stride until about a mile in. Last 1.5 miles felt great and ended strong. What would you do differently?: Improve endurance.. I never ran more than 3.5 miles in training all year. Strengthen feet and hips. Post race
