My run sucks. Hips hurt terrible getting off the bike and can't find my stride until about a mile in. Last 1.5 miles felt great and ended strong.
What would you do differently?:

Improve endurance.. I never ran more than 3.5 miles in training all year. Strengthen feet and hips.

Lack of solid base training.

Event comments:

Beautiful venue, well organized, great group of racers. What more could you ask for.
