Comments:

Hit this race right on the head! Maybe could have been faster, but hit some great splits! Hoping for 6:30s, and the cool weather and my calf sleeves helped knock this down!
What would you do differently?:

I could have tried to be faster in the middle, but I didn't want to risk anything in my first 25K.

Warm down:

Walked over a mile, and jogged about another mile. Then stretched in the sun.
