Avg HR was 153. Weight was up over 160 for sure compared to 153 in Nov race.
It's Boston. Didn't find the first half that fast, but the 2nd half downhills were murder. I was looking forward to the uphills. Even ignoring the 4 newton hills, the whole thing is rolling terrain. There are books on the subject of how to tackle it. I did negative split but that's partly because of the 2 mins of potty breaks. :)
