Late race (10:30), so I had a normal breakfast, some oatmeal around 8:30, and then sipped some Roctane drink and had a gel about 20 minutes pre-race. Should have had a PowerBar on the way to the race.
LONG warm up. Heel was feeling extra achy (from being on my feet with Henry a lot yesterday?). So did over a 3 mile WU. Stretched a bit with Jeremy.
