Swim
Comments: Water was cold but did not effect me once the swim began. Had a little trouble taking deep breathes due to wet susuit. My sighting was not good. Found myself off course twice, so started sighting every third breath. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1
Comments: Suit stuck of left heel. Took at least 30 seconds to get off and I was then totally out of breath. What would you do differently?: Relax and focus when taking off suit. Bike
Comments: Felt good on the flats and passed several groups but fell behind on the hills. Average speed was around 21mph going into the climb at the end. Took one corner too fast and would have hit a vehicle head-on if one had been there. What would you do differently?: More hill work leading up to the race. Transition 2
