Event warmup:

Stretched well at home about 90 mins - 1 hour pre-race. Stretched just a bit at the race site.

Comments:

Struggled to keep the effort up around mile 2-3, but was pretty happy with my results. My right butt cheek started acting up, but it wasn't horrible.
Post race
Warm down:

Handed off Henry and jogged about a half to 0.75 miles. Then stretched well at home about 90 minutes post-race.
