Comments: I changed my running form and it is really helping. I even stopped to ralph at a tree early on. What would you do differently?: not need to throw up, push a little harder to go faster Post race

got up at 5:30 am and had breakfast.
Dressed and then drove to the event site.
Got to the site and got weighed and body marked and then set up my transition area
did a easy jog for 15 minutes then did 2 set of 25 leg swings per leg
