Bike
Comments: That was a fast ride for me - 36kph average Cadence was around 90 all the way passed all riders - did not get passed T1- T2 were added to bike time What would you do differently?: get out of water faster so I can have more time to stay ahead on rub Transition 2
Run
Comments: I got passed again - once in transition - guy was very fast - caught him on bike at 18k got passed second time by a 'quick' guy that I could not keep up with What would you do differently?: More speed work off the bike Post race
Warm down: waited for Sam to come in spoke to RB who is on rest week in preparation for IM Louisville - RB is an amazing individual who has live with a spinal cord injury for 5 years now I did a recovery ride on Monday - 40k of rolling hills in this beautiful part of the province What limited your ability to perform faster: Got spooked on the swim again fast runners Getting better at workigng harder during run despite being passed Event comments: For a small - fund raising - venue this is a great one to do I would recommend it if schedule permits - I am in for next year Last updated: 2013-07-15 12:00 AM
