Pre-race routine:

1 bagel with 1 cooked egg at 5:30AM.
PowerBar and 2 scoops C4 in 20oz water 30 minutes before race.
Peanut Butter GU gel w/o caffeine 15 minutes before race.
Stretching for 30 minutes before race, dressed at event.
Event warmup:

30 minutes of stretching before race.

Warm down:

Stretching after race. Got stretched out by Athletico after the race

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee/IT band pain kicked in around mile 3. Toughed out the pain.

Event comments:

Stated 4 water stations for 10K, was only 2.

Last minute start/finish location change added .2 miles to course.

Course: Well marked, scenic and wide open. Was actually 6.4 miles long instead of 6.21 because of a last minute starting/finish point changed. Only 2 water stations along run. Slightly more hilly than last years course.
