OK run, felt good with no cramping, actually passed a couple of people, only passed a couple of times, wasn't prepared for the bridge training wise

could have gone harder for the last half mile, pace was better than my previous triathlons

Event comments:

not enough cold drinks in the finishing area, the location was nice right on the ocean so there was a breeze which made it much cooler than the other locations, humidity was lower
