Comments: I went out with a group that said they were going to average 7:25 mile, but that wasn't the case.Some of the early miles were near 7 min pace. That was faster than what I'm ready for and I paid for it once the hills kicked in. What would you do differently?: I would have started a little slower at the beginning of the race. Post race
Warm down: Jogging, stretching and lots of food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not being ready for the initial speed and not ready to race on hills slowed my performance, however I'm still satisfied. Event comments: This is a great early season race. Great volunteers, great venue, and we get to stop and start in the middle of Finley Stadium which is nice. I look forward to going this race again.
