What would you do differently?: get better fueled the night before Post race
Warm down: had a few burgers and a beer, t down , stretched but had a long drive home afterward and didn't want to drive at night so i left pretty quickly after eating. What limited your ability to perform faster: i did a 50 mile race the weekend before and was probably not fully recovered for this one. I should have had a better dinner the night before... or had some food during the run. I was really hungry the last ten miles. Event comments: Really well organized. Aid stations were well stocked with a variety of food and drink. It was the best race in that aspect. plenty of water ice and aid station goodies to keep you going. Last updated: 2014-02-23 12:00 AM

had to drive early to make it to the race on time. did not do my normal race routine. Stopped for coffee and egg mcmuffin on the way to site.
