Comments: Started a little too fast, but settled into a nice pace. Goal was under 2hrs, so tried to stay about a 9:10 PPM. Mile 8 had to stop for a quick break and did not walk until mile 12 when the guys I was running with need to stop. Keep trying to keep pace and keep moving in the right direction. Felt good overall. Post race
Warm down: A little walking around and a protein shake before bed. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training, only had about 3 weeks into the training. Was a little tired from being up all night, but otherwise a good run. Last updated: 2014-04-03 12:00 AM

Nothing unusual. Had a banana and a bowl of yogurt about an hour before the race. Diluted some "Gatorade" with wtaer to make it more palatable for the run. Mixed up 3 bottles for the 3 laps around the FOB.
NONE
