Swim
Comments: The swim was the worst swim I have done to date. Everything was off, my breathing, my stroke count and my turning. I just wasn't on track at all. What would you do differently?: I didn't swim like I normally do, I think it's because it was so short, I thought if I sprinted I would do better. Not so. Transition 1
Comments: Again, this is my downfall, bad transitions. This should have been around 1:30 from what I gather. so almost a whole minute could have been saved here. What would you do differently?: I don't know yet. Still working on it. Bike
Comments: Still felt pretty sick so I guess that says it all. I could have done better if I felt better I think. But I did what I could Transition 2
Comments: No comment. Need to work on all areas of transition. What would you do differently?: I just need to focus on doing it fast and telling myself that I can rest later. Run
Comments: Not bad. When I got off the bike I seriously thought I was going to puke, but told myself to run anyway. So about a quarter mile in, I started to feel a little better. Post race

Chris West and I drove to the site from our hotel room, ate a few small bagels and had a clif bar with water. I wasn't feeling too good the night before and didn't feel any better on this morning.
