Comments:

Feeling good for the first 11km. Slower after, walked two steep hills.
The foot is on Tylenol, swollen, like running on an egg but not too painful.
What would you do differently?:

More hill training. My hamstrings were cramping a bit.

Walked some. Frozen hands after.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Left foot and tight hamstrings.

The police band is my favourite!

Course: 21.3km according to my GPS. This year the course is reversed. Counter clock wise around Glenmore with the same start downhill for 3km and the same finish uphill for 3km. Just as hilly.
