Comments: First 200m was at 5min, then started to have troubles with breathing. Too hyped up. Troubles with the turn and push off. What would you do differently?: Less coffee, longer swim warmup. ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Not used to that trainer. It also had the uphill setting on. I was going a bit faster at lower gear when standing up but nobody else was standing up, so I reverted to faster cadence that seemed to give less speed. Got overheated like there is no tomorrow and left a big puddle on the floor. What would you do differently?: Bike outside :-) ![]() Transition 2
