Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: This being my first triathlon...I was trying to pace myself the whole race. Now I know where I can push harder, where I need the most work and especially what to work on, cramping in my legs was a huge factor after the bike and for the first 1.75 miles of the run. After that I continued to pace with person in front of me.
