Comments:

I was starting to cramp at the beginning of the running segment so had to go very slow, almost walking. I had to go really slow on the first half. I sprinted at the end.
What would you do differently?:

Do more brick workouts.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fear of cramping and fear of not finishing. Also, my legs were too numb and tired after ciclcying segment.
