Comments:

Nice hilly (not fast not slow) course. Went out with the lead pack, which kept my opening miles FAST.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. I didn't race SUPER hard from miles 7-11, so that could have been better. But I didn't care at this race.

Warm down:

Jogged to car and back a bit. That's it. Stretched later in the day.

Nice race! My sister-in-law and I will be back.
