Swim
Comments: Felt good.. I couldn't have gone much faster.. Maybe a minute or 2, or course direction alone. The final leg was tough. Sun RIGHT IN YOUR EYES. Hard to spot. Transition 1
Comments: Strippers help with wetsuit.... Crazy tent! Help everywhere.. What would you do differently?: I think I could have gone faster, just didn't know what to expect...Thanks Bike
Comments: I am pleased.. It was a good ride, and a lot of fun..... What would you do differently?: Just get Stronger! Transition 2
Comments: I sat down thinking about a MARATHON NEXT!?!? I probably could have shave a minute or so off... What would you do differently?: Put vaseline on the NIPS before starting... Not @ MILE 8! Run
Comments: I don't really remember what happen the 1st 1/2 of the run.. Just was plugging along. I ran most, and walked the aid stations (and some hills). I was a little suprised how long it took, but it did not bother me. I WAS HAVING FUN! I was able to shave 20 minutes on the way back into town.. I may it my goal about mile 18 to SUB 13 this race... What would you do differently?: ?? I know that I can shave a lot of time off the marathon... somewhere around..4:30-4:45... But 1st Ironman.. I had no expectations!!!!! Post race
Warm down: WALK WALK WALK.. STAY LOOSE. What limited your ability to perform faster: ???? Event comments: THIS IS A GREAT RACE, and RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! Last updated: 2006-08-30 12:00 AM

Woke up stuff down a bagel w/ Peanut Butter, A bannana, and a bottle of Carbo-Pro. Then we went to to the body marking area, stood in that line, then stood in the line for the Port-a-potty.
A 20 second swim to make sure my goggles were not leaking...
