Comments: I went out to hard at the beginning did not trust my breathing and went away from the side to side strokes. Had trouble seeing ahead of me because my lenses were fogging up. I have been having foot cramps while training and sure enough I got one towards the end of the race. Thought I was going to have to stop but it only slowed me down for a little bit. What would you do differently?: Train a little more, get some anti fog goggles and not go out so fast. Transition 1
Comments: Had trouble getting my socks on and the shoes for some reason. Had a heck of a time getting my helmet strapped as well. Once I got all that I was fine getting out and onto the bike trail What would you do differently?: Left shoes on bike. Bike
Comments: I thought my bike time was good considering I haven't averaged over 20 mph on any of my rides lately and I haven't been training much at all. What would you do differently?: Train more and hit it a little harder coming back. Transition 2
Comments: I was second fastest in transition ..no problem getting my shoes on and out the gate. What would you do differently?: I need a running hat Run
Comments: My best olympic run as of yet but about 2 minutes below what I wanted. My training has been much better. Legs got heavy during last 2 miles What would you do differently?: Not sure...do some leg strength training Post race
