Comments: The pavement was horrible on the feet. Made it really hard to run. Didn't put glide in my bike shoes, so had trouble getting those on. What would you do differently?: Put glide and foot powder on the bike shoes. Bike
Comments: Killed the legs going up the first big hill. Otherwise, was pretty uneventful. What would you do differently?: Need for hill and bike training. Transition 2

Comments: Felt like crap coming off the bike. Then felt like crap the entire run. Running is still a bit of crap and haven't done many transition or brick runs. What would you do differently?: Not be so fat. Post race
