Hot day running with the double stroller. HUMID.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. Kept it easier at the start, and I NEEDED to do that.

Warm down:

Barely jogged. Just lots of walking. Stretched at the Y an hour later.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pushing the stroller. Duh.
