Went out too fast! Was thinking I'd have more down Summit, but those 3:10s kept coming when they felt like 3:00s. Dang. (Was hoping for about a minute faster overall.)
What would you do differently?:

Start a bit easier and then see if I had enough in the tank to keep dropping splits.

Nothing. Walked to light rail and stretched well at home.

Going out too hard.
