What would you do differently?: I neede to do navigation more often as I did it after every 20 strokes and this took me quite a way before I could reset the direction. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: Nothing really, pretty happy with the transition. Bike
What would you do differently?: Felt a slight twinge in a leg muscle so did not push the bike as hard as I would have liked but pretty happy with the overall ride. Transition 2
Run
What would you do differently?: Pretty happy with the run but could have done with a little more fluid. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Getting a faster swim is probably going to make the most difference at the moment, but pretty happy with my first Olympic distance triathlon. Have one more sprint Tri prior to Christmas and then it's the Half Iron-man on the same course at the beginning of January. Last updated: 2006-11-18 12:00 AM

Racking bike, sorting out gear by the bike and getting into my wetsuit.
Went for a short run along the beach/foreshore and then a swim to warm-up prior to swimming out for the deep water start. The Water was very cold so added a second swim cap.
