Need to cut off strap on wetsuit preventing zipper from unzipping. Makes it REALLY hard to unzip when you are exhausted!

Only got 1 foot out of shoe prior to dismount line due to having to pass a few slow pokes at the last minute. Made it a bit awkward running with 1 shoe on and 1 shoe mounted to bike. Good transition into running shoes however.

Slip off shoes earlier.
