What would you do differently?: practice swimming faster and try to keep my HR up before entering the pool. Transition 1
Comments: I put my shoes on before I took off. Biggest effort was getting my feet dry to get my socks on. Helmet was on in a flash, and I decided I didn't need my gloves for just a 10 mile bike. What would you do differently?: Nothing really. I didn't think this was too bad. Bike
Comments: I felt good on the bike as far as my hydration and my energy level. My butt was really sore and feeling every stoke. I went out hard cause I wanted to make up some time on Jen. What would you do differently?: stretch my hamstring better before the race and a little before getting on the bike Transition 2
Comments: I took time to get a gu at this transition and wazsh it down with some water. My butt injury was really aggravated and I took about 15 seconds to stretch it a bit. What would you do differently?: stretch more before the race. Run
Comments: I didn't feel like I pushed the run hard. just trotting along.... What would you do differently?: take water at the first aid station. They were out of water at the second water stop. Post race

Not sure what to do - first Tri. Breakfast was a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats. Worried about what to do when I got there.
Tried to run stadium steps to get warmed up, but alot of standing in line waiting to swim let my HR go down.
