Comments: i cold a little cold from sweating with the wind gusting 20mph and 36 deg outside. What would you do differently?: run between races, seems my only running has been at each race. Post race
Warm down: picked up a gatorade and bread, and jogged back to the YMCA. What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of training Event comments: yesterday the wind was gusting 40mph and the temp dropped back into the 30's. it was starting to snow flurry right after the race as i was driving home. drove downtown, parked at the YMCA, got there 45 min before race start at 0830.
went in the YMCA to stay warm, 30 pullups, 60 pushups, 90 situps. jogged a mile from the Y to Slugger Field race start, got there 10 minutes before the start.
