What would you do differently?: walk the Dutchman's Revenge. train more hills Post race
Warm down: a little walking and stretching followed by about an hour in the car (half driving) What limited your ability to perform faster: training. I missed my long run due to heel pain when my shoes died. Also, I think following my pacing plan a bit better would have save some more energy and I would have saved more energy for later in the race and would not have slowed down as much. weather.
