Drank too much GE on the bike and had stomach aches the entire run. Affected my breathing somewhat. About a minute slower than last year's time on the same course. Still 5th fastest overall run split for the field.
What would you do differently?:

Less GE and more water on the bike or dilute GE

Swim sucked

Event comments:

A group of 12 of us from Wisconsin went to the race; 9 of us raced, and 8 of us made the podium in our respective age groups! We represented WI very well.

This is a fairly small race compared to races held closer to the Twin Cities, but it is by far our favorite race of the year at a great venue. Although a small field, it's very competitive. Great weekend.
