first 200yds was trying to find some room to work. a lot of elbows and feet. opened up after the second buoy. felt like the full trisuit was a little bit of a drag issue across the back where it is mesh. settled down and swam well the second half.

went down when jumping off the bike. no idea what happened, but went to swing my right foot over seat and the bike just went out from under me. it was a left hand turn at the dismount which might have contributed.

felt ok. course only had one mile marker at 2 miles so i had a hard time judging my pace. i might would have went harder if i was sure of my mileage.
