I started out really slow because I was still dealing with a foot injury so I wanted to nurse it. I ended up never having pain so I wished I would have went out faster.

I was happy with the bike. There were some drafters and some folks who didn't have a clue makeing it hard to pass. There was a lot of vehicle traffic to deal with. Cramps came again right before transition.

Cramps! I didn't think I was going to make it initially. Stopped at least twice to stretch. After the 1st mile or so I was good but it really affected my time

Figure out how to get rid of these dang cramps.
