Comments: Need to work on endurance I can preform better than this. What would you do differently?: Better prepared for the swim... The open water was hard... Transition 1
Comments: I was very tired in the first transition and used some time for rest. What would you do differently?: Bike Shoes! Better endurance for the swim will tranbslate into better performance getting into the transition. I need to ask how other triathletes set up transitions Bike
Comments: This is where I thought I would have success. I do not believe that I pushed hard enough here. I need work here. What would you do differently?: Push. I need some technology also. I raced upright as I did not have aero bars and felt that I wasn't getting enough air when I was all the way down on the bars. Transition 2
Comments: Tired again when coming into this transition and used some time to rest. What would you do differently?: Ask other triathletes how they transition. Run
Comments: I could not complete the run without some walking. Definately can improve performance here. What would you do differently?: I would like to remove 5 minutes form this time Post race

No routine. First race not sure what to do. Woke up set up transitions
