Better prepared for the swim... The open water was hard...

What would you do differently?:

Bike Shoes! Better endurance for the swim will tranbslate into better performance getting into the transition. I need to ask how other triathletes set up transitions

This is where I thought I would have success. I do not believe that I pushed hard enough here. I need work here.
What would you do differently?:

Push. I need some technology also. I raced upright as I did not have aero bars and felt that I wasn't getting enough air when I was all the way down on the bars.
