Pre-race routine:

Weetbix and tea at 4.30am.Train from Bondi Junction to Milsons Point start. Banana just off the train. Dropped off clothes bag at trucks for transport to finish. Quite cool pre start.

What would you do differently?:

Went out to slow on the first 10K, should have upped the pace. Came through the finish will a lot still in me.

Short warm down run with a couple of water tubes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor pace planning for the first 10K.
