Comments: Since I was waiting for bathroom when they were lining up I was at the end of the line. I should have butted to the front so I would be with people my speed What would you do differently?: Swim with the 5-6 min 400M swimmers. I had to pass too many people and it really slowed down my time. Transition 1
Comments: I was tired from the swim and got to the area slowly. What would you do differently?: Try to go faster. Bike
Comments: I think I did my best in this. I would like to train to ride faster. What would you do differently?: Train harder. But not much other than that. Transition 2
Comments: This transition wasn't as slow but I forgot my race number and had to go back. What would you do differently?: Try to get off the bike faster. Run
Comments: I did better on the run than I thought I would What would you do differently?: Train more, I didn't train very much for running since my knee has been bothering me. Post race

Get everything ready night before. Write checklist on fridge. Wake up at 4, turn on coffee maker shower. Grab PBJ banana and pita chips for breakfast. Should have skipped banana. Get set up, meet Heather streatch, pick up chip and wait in line for bathroom for a long time.
Not much but jump around waiting to go to the bathroom right before the race start
