PB & Banana on Whole Wheat - yummy. Coffee - Yummier!
Event warmup:

Set up my own transition and helped my Mom set up hers (she was a Tri-Virgin). Took a quick spin on the bike - checked th gears and did a bit of stretching. It's a short walk to the swim start from transition - so we made our way down and tested the water - it was at leat 80 degrees F. - Crazy warm for the river.

Walked a bit. Stopped to see all the friends and family who came out to cheer me on. : ) (I'm a lucky girl!) Then I ran back to run with my Mom to the finish line!
