Comments: I could have done better, I wasn't wise with my fluid intake, did not carry water bottle on me. I was overheating by the last 2miles. What would you do differently?: Better dress, better water/electrolyte comsumption prior and during. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walking, drinking plenty of fluids What limited your ability to perform faster: Dress wasn't right. I was dealing with mental issues, mother was to undergo quadruple bi-pass surgery the following day. Event comments: Was a great race, I just felt I could have done better.
