Ate a Cliff bar and had a couple cups of coffee.

Fairly pleased with this performance. However, I think that there is still a bit of effort that I might have been able to put forth in the middle miles of this race. Maybe, maybe not, but the more I think about it the more less satisfied I am. Solid time for me in either case.
What would you do differently?:

Not wake up at 3am.

Warm down:

Ate a Panera bagel and had a couple bottles of water and made way back to the car.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

If anything, my lack of stand-alone 10k's. I wasn't sure how hard to push. I think I could have given a bit more.
