Comments: Lots of sand at to much time cleaning feet then putting on shoes, though better then jumping on bike with really dirty feet What would you do differently?: Eat and drinking somemore before starting to bike Bike
Comments: Need alot more training on hills.Bike is super fast on downhills. Had problems with cramping both legs in the Quads, though could never stop to strech out was always on a hill, just push through it, hurt alot. What would you do differently?: Train more,train more, train more Transition 2

Warm down: 2-IV at first-aid tent. What limited your ability to perform faster: cramping,need to train more,hills and running. Swimming and biking with a broken finger.
