happy with performance.. better than expected

not stop when getting a drink.. left hamstring muscle slight cramp when water hit it. had to walk for a minute to make it go away then run again

Warm down:

walked for 5 minutes and slowly drank gatorade then water

What limited your ability to perform faster:

new bike and first timer in ocean distance swimming after a long time
