Comments: Mile 11 was tough. Felt twinge in the right peronei tendons at about mile 4. After race really tightened-up. Iced 15 min applied k-tape. What would you do differently?: Train more. I only ran 37 miles the month before. Post race

Race started at 7:00a, work up a 4am. Had a bowl of cereal and some Accelerade. I stop drinking fluids 60 minutes before the race so it would make it to the bladder before the race. Took light rail to the race site, arrives 1 1/4 hours before. Checked in bag and did some light stretching.
