Comments: mystery, felt good seemed like I was moving well, but the result was :50 seconds slower than last year. Not sure if breathing on every other stroke is affecting my form, but I have slowed down since earlier in the year What would you do differently?: not sure thought I was going good, split was 125th not good at all need to work on form Transition 1

Comments: started out a little slow, then ripped it, no one passed me the entire ride, after coming out of the water with the 125th split, my bike split was 24th overall, felt good legs were a little tired from last weeks HIM What would you do differently?: no half Ironman the week before and start out stronger Transition 2
