run was tough as usual, first hill was very uncomfortable, couldn't wait until it was over, speed was a little better than I thought

Warm down:

walked around, poured cold water on my head as it was hot, then went to Memphis with my family and another family and layed around a pool and drank a couple of beers

What limited your ability to perform faster:

heat and hills during the run

Event comments:

Fun race, as the top 5 in my age group were in the overall top 10, earned a third place in my age group and was awarded a Mighty Mite Triathlon Glass which was nice, overall enjoyed the race
