Swim
Comments: I just couldn't find a rhythm today. I never really into the "groove" of things. And the boats that were there to pick people out of the water were creating pretty big waves....my swim sucked. Transition 1
Comments: They had a wash bucket to wash off the feet which was cool. The rest of my transition was merely "ok". What would you do differently?: Get out of the suit better. Bike
What would you do differently?: Attack the hills more. Transition 2
Comments: I need to work on the shoes off on the bike thing.....I was only able to get one shoe off. What would you do differently?: Get both shoes off! Run
Comments: Felt great on the run finally.....I think it is due to finally hydrating properly on the bike....no brick wall! What would you do differently?: Nothing but pick up the pace a little more. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of sleep, lack of sleep, and lack of sleep! I just had no motivation for some reason.... Event comments: They had plenty of volunteers, but a few of them didn't tell you where to go, so there was some confusion. I do have to say though that it does not compare to the other triathlons out there as far as events. The Tri-The-Creek Triathlon in Denver last month was definitely far above this one in organization and fun. But this race was still fun overall! Last updated: 2008-05-30 12:00 AM

Didn't get much sleep, so we tried to get out to the race a little later than normal, which hosed me for getting ready in the Transition Area. They closed it pretty early and I was all over the place trying to get stuff ready. Not good.
Swam a hundred yards.
