Comments: I was right on pace for for 2 hours during the first 7-8 miles. Then I developed an unfortunate cramp in my right glut that lingered for the last 5 miles which required me to do a lot of walking. I finished 15 minutes slower than my goal, but it was still at 10 minute improvement over my previous PR. What would you do differently?: Trained more consistently in the last month prior to the race. Post race

Got up at 5:20, fed the dogs, had coffee and two eggs, drank about 32 oz of water, and had my morning constitutional. Left for the race at 6:45.
Walked around for about 20 minutes before entering my corral.
