good swim 88th overall swimtime, out of the water quickly well impressed with myself. Choosen a good line to swim, focussed on the 2 bridges and the arcs to swim under them

ok run, walked a little bit had even some energy over for sprint into finishline, need to improve run performance

improve transitions, also try to speed up the cycle and increase running pace....
