Pre-race routine:

Got up nice and early. Had a cup of coffee, a protein shake, and a granola bar as usual.

Got to the race site around 6:30, racked the bike, laid out transition, got marked, and picked up chip.

Had enough time to chat with some friends and scope out the swim.

Course: The bike course was changed race morning due to construction. 5 loops of the neighborhood. One nice hill with some tight turns at the bottom. I think I scared some people with the fishtail at the bottom of the hill on the first lap.
