Pre-race routine:

Got up at 4:00am, left motel at 4:30am to pick up Robin. Arrived at event at 5:15am. Ate one pop-tart on the way to Robin's and sipped on some water.
Event warmup:

Hopped in pool about 30 mins before the start of the swim start and swam 200 meters. Felt good.

I need to concentrate on improving my swim times. I feeel that I can get better on the bike and run by judt putting in the correct amount of training.
